From Where I Sit.. America

It is considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. 277 miles long, up to 18 miles wide and attains a depth of over a mile. The Grand Canyon. Today as I took this I was in awe of the single beauty of nature. A steep-sided canyon carved by the Colorado River in the United States in the state of Arizona. From here to the floor of the river is 4000 feet down.
